Responsibilities

Maintaining and updating project progress and details ;
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings ;
Liaison with the field team and update the project status on a regular basis ;
Documenting the project documents and circulating the project correspondences among the stakeholders ;
Preparing necessary project-related documents ;
Provide required project-related data or information.
Skills required for the position:
Experience in project management from conception to delivery;
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and phased action plans;
Very good organisational skills including time management and multi-tasking;
Strong customer relations and teamwork skills;
Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance control;
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner;
Practical experience of project management tools;
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
