We are rapidly expanding in Senegal and are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Partnership Representative** to help build our network of partners.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated **Partnership Representative** to spearhead our partnership efforts in Senegal. The role involves pitching Brio’s value proposition to banks and merchants, developing strategic partnerships that will enhance Brio’s customer rewards program.
You will:
- Pitch to Banks: Develop relationships with banks in Senegal to facilitate partnerships that will enable Brio to provide its rewards cards to customers.
- Build Merchant Partnerships: Identify and onboard key merchants who will offer discounts and rewards to Brio cardholders.
- Strategy and Execution: Work closely with Brio’s leadership team to craft a partnership strategy and execute the plan by meeting potential partners, presenting pitches, and finalizing agreements.
- Relationship Management: Manage ongoing relationships with banks and merchants, ensuring that partnerships are successful and mutually rewarding.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in or around a bank, with a strong understanding of banking operations and partnership development.
- Partnership Expertise: Proven track record of developing and managing partnerships with banks and/or merchants.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French, English, and Wolof is required.
- Location: You must be based in Dakar
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to make compelling pitches and build lasting relationships.
