Dynava AB (Samres) www.dynava.com  is an international Nordic costumer service partner based in Finland and Sweden. We offer our clients various customer service solutions such as booking trips, getting customer support, or receiving any other support to be able to carry out a task.

We operate call centers in Sweden, Finland, Estonia, The republic of Moldova and in Senegal.

We started our operations in Dakar in 2012 under the company name Samres Senegal. Our operators handle customer communications using different channels including incoming phone calls, chat, email, etc.

The working language is Swedish which is why we start with an 8-month intensive language training prior to employment.

About the course:

We offer 8 months of intensive language courses, and the target language level is B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

It is full-time training (Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 4 pm).

Requirements:

  • An advanced level in English.
  • Service-oriented and stress resilient.
  • High motivation, autonomy, and disciplin

Meritorious:

  • To be able to use a computer for professional purposes
  • Callcenter experience

Those who reach our target level of Swedish will be offered employment at a competitive salary.

STEPS:

  • Step 1: Apply for the course and do the English online test (Deadline: July 31st, 2024)
  • Step 2: Interview (August 2024)
  • Step 3: Swedish language training with start in September /October 2024
  • Step 4: On-the-job training and customer service training in May 2025
  • Step 5: Employment as an operator at our customer service center starting from June 2025
